Ladies Night

Pendants

Come spend a night with the ladies and make beautiful pendant necklaces.  In this three hours workshop, the girls will get a crash course in playing with the fire in our flameworking studio. Unwind on Wednesday nights in this fun filled evening of art and girl time.     

8 Week of Sunday Morning Glass

Students

For the beginner who wants to start their glass journey and to learn the basics of working with 2100 degree molten glass.

Students begin with the basic techniques of gathering and shaping hot glass and then learn how to create various blown shapes like cups, bowls, plates, bottles and more.

Intermediate Glass Blowing: 8 Week 

Refine your basic glassblowing skills and discover new techniques behind mastering hot glass.

Students will brush up on the fundamentals before diving into the world of set-ups, spot heating and faster execution.

Learn to make various forms with an emphasis on technique. More time at the bench and a stronger foundation in the medium will prepare you for advanced level classes.

One Day Glass Blowing Workshop

This class is great for the curious at heart who want to learn more about making glass by hand. Students will begin to learn about the fluid nature of glass by working directly with the 2100 degree molten glass to form and shape it into beautiful hand crafted art objects.

Each student should expect a hands on experience and to work as team to help complete their projects.

Intro to Neon Weekend Intensive: 2 Days

In Brooklyn Glass’s intensive weekend neon workshop students will dive right in and practice basic neon tube bending techniques, and learn how to wire and hang neon units.

Students can expect to finish one small neon project (both designed and bent by the student with assistance from instructors) by the end of the 2 day course.
